In just a few days a small group of brave souls will join me to March Forward on a journey that could change their lives and do some good.
Let me explain.
Late last year, I taught my Small Wins framework to a small group of volunteers - it was an experiment. For over two years I have been presenting Small Wins on stage, but never in a one-on-one setting. And the results blew me away.

Small Wins is all about overcoming procrastination and getting started on a new project, better habit, or life-goal. And it works! I have used Small Wins to recover from $1M in debt, run the Boston Marathon at 65, sell my start-up business, stop drinking, launch a men’s group, and start a non-profit.

Before you read on: My coaching fee starts at $5,000, I am paid up to twice that to speak on stage and my $1,000 online programs sell out. So, why am I asking for a donation and not charging big bucks?
First, you are helping me. Working one-on-one with you helps me improve my model and how I teach it.
And you can help me get kids off their screens, outdoors and developing the skills for a healthy responsible life. Donations go to the No Small Thing Fund.

HOW TO MARCH FORWARD
For the month of March I will support you as you March Forward with your Small Win. Here are the 3 steps you need to make:
1) This is the easy part: Cut off: Wed. March 5th 1:00EST.
reply to this email telling me what goal, project, habit, or change you want to make in the month of March.
make your donation to the No Small Thing Fund. Click here, and select ‘No Small Thing Endowment Fund’. Select monthly or one-time donation (Hint: $40/month fully sponsors one youth). Thanks!
2) Join me on a live Zoom call to learn the Small Wins framework and how to apply it (invitation to follow Step 1).
Friday March 7th 10:00AM PST/1:00PM EST, or
Monday March 10th 10:00AM PST/1:00PM EST
3) Book a private one-on-one 45-min coaching call with me (invitation to follow Step 2).
And I will support you by email for the month of March and I will respond to every email.

WHY YOU SHOULD IGNORE THIS
Things are okay, right? I mean, life keeps on keeping on. And maybe you’re halfway through the latest self-help book that you hope will change everything.
Cool, move on…I don’t think March Forward is a fit. Here’s why.
Everything I am most proud of in my life took two things: intention and commitment. I needed to get crystal clear what the problem was and I needed to do the work.
** As I write this I am less than two months from running my third Boston Marathon (I will be 67) - how the hell did that happen? Three years ago I hadn’t run a marathon, or any distance race in over 12 years. It started with Small Wins.
** In one month I will have been alcohol free for a full year because of Small Wins.
** After 10 years putting off updating my book Give Me a Break the new edition will be out in May. Thank you Small Wins.
I can’t promise that March Forward will change your life. But I can promise you doing nothing won’t either.
