Great insight: DON’T BOX YOURSELF IN:
    Remain flexible. If we define
ourselves as only one way, we sell ourselves short. It is just one of the things we do. We must define ourselves in different ways according
to our skill-sets instead of just one way.
One of the greatest skills is to know how to use different tools,
platforms, and skills. Know how to
create content. Technology is not the
primary solution, it is a vehicle…must look at strategy; plain pen and paper is
still a good start to plan. Three types of technology: backroom, delivery tools, marketing…Figure
out what you want to do and figure out the tools to do it. Sometimes basic
tools are sufficient and learn in bite-sized chunks. Build confidence as you build competence.
